How to apply to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes at VIT-AP University.
VIT-AP has a transparent application process. What you need, and when, depends on the level you are applying at — the steps below cover the undergraduate route, with postgraduate and doctoral variations noted against each stage.
Six steps
Each stage has its own deadline; missing one closes the route for that intake.
- Register online and create your application account.
- Complete the application form and upload supporting documents.
- Pay the application fee and book an examination slot where the programme requires one.
- Sit the entrance examination, or submit a valid national test score.
- Attend counselling and select your programme and specialisation.
- Accept the offer, pay the admission fee and complete document verification.

B.Tech applications close on 14 October 2026. Postgraduate and doctoral intakes run to their own timetables.
